Woodchester Mansion

Located in a picturesque hidden valley in rural Gloucestershire, Woodchester Mansion is currently the home of The Stonemasons Guild.

The stonemasons Guild boasts a team of talented stonemasons and sculptors, led by the Guilds Master Stephen L'Normand.

Masons Lodge

The Stonemasons lodge at Woodchester was constructed in 2017 for the purpose of craft training. Mainly used for larger work The Stonemasons Lodge comfortably accommodates eight.

Dining Room

The spectacular unfinished Neo-Classical Dining Room.

The bank of huge mullioned windows take up an entire side of the room provide a defused light perfect for detailed carving.

The Dining Room can accommodate twenty carvers with extra room in the adjoining library where sixteen more can be accommodated for larger events.

Old Laundry

The Old Laundry now houses some of the Echinus collection of models and maquettes. 

Old Ironing Room

The Old Ironing Room houses more of the resource collection and is used as our plastique studio.
